- How do I know that the money raised is benefiting East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) ?
We issue our customers with quarterly “Recycling Certificates” showing them how many tonnes of waste they have recycled and the amount of money they have raised for EACH! For added verification all of our customers are encouraged to contact EACH themselves, we have a strong relationship with EACH as we are dedicated to their success as a charity.
- How much does it cost ?
Not all of our services are chargeable (please check out our free of charge page for more details). Our chargeable services and collections are at least comparable, if not more cost effective than our purely commercial competitors. Feel free to request a “Free Waste Audit” and we will be happy to construct a tailor made, cost effective waste management package that suits your companies every need.
- How much notice do you need for a collection listed in your "Free of Charge" page ?
We will aim to collect your generously donated item(s) within a week, if you are one of our valued paying customers for regular waste collections, we will endeavour to collect your waste on the day(s) of the week / month requested. If you need to increase or decrease your collections in the future, or change the days we collect your waste just let us know.
- I have a query and want to contact you, when are your offices opening hours ?
Our offices are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however if your query is urgent or you cannot wait until our offices re-open, our phone lines are diverted to an “out of hours” mobile for evening and weekend calls.
